Action 1: Ask Murray and Cantwell to host town halls.
It's important that our representatives are in touch with the needs of their constituents. One of the ways they do this is to hold town halls. Call our Senators and ask that they schedule town halls during the April recess. Thank them for committing to filibuster Gorsuch and give yourself a HUGE pat on the back for helping to make that happen.

My name is [name], calling from [city, zip code]. I wanted to thank the senator for listening to her constituents and committing to filibuster Gorsuch. I’d also like her to schedule a Town Hall during her April recess if she hasn’t already done so.

Action 2: Attend the Resist Trump Tuesday Rally
Seattle Indivisible hosts the 11th weekly Resist Trump Rally on Tuesday, April 4th at 11:45am in front of the Federal Building (915 2nd Avenue).
This week’s rally focus: Education under DeVos and Trump – Join us to hear perspectives from a Teacher, a Parent and a Student.
Jonathan Tong – the Lead Organizer for Indivisible North Seattle and public high school teacher for 28 years – will join us. And we are excited to hear from a Garfield high school senior.
And the talented musician Tae Phoenix will perform!
Following the rally, we will enter the Federal Building to meet with Senator Murray and Senator Cantwell’s staff to ask them to continue to be bold in resisting the Trump agenda.
See you at the Federal Building!
