Action 1: Don’t let Russia be forgotten

With so much going on it is easy for the Trump administration’s Russia problem to fade into the background. It is our job to make sure that doesn’t happen. Rod Rosenstein, the recently confirmed deputy Attorney General, has said he would appoint an independent Russia investigator “if one is required”. Call your representative and ask that she/he write a letter to Rosenstein saying that justice is a requirement.

Rep. Pramila Jayapal:

Seattle - 206-674-0040

Rep. Adam Smith:
DC - 202-225-8901
Renton - 425-793-5180

“My name is [name], and I’m calling from [city, zip].  I am concerned about the relationship between the Trump administration and Russia, and it is time that something is done about it. I would like for [MoC] to write a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein stating that a special investigator into Trump’s ties to Russia is needed immediately.”

Action 2: Sue him!

Senator Richard Blumenthal is looking for support among Senate Democrats to bring a lawsuit against Trump for violating the constitution with numerous conflicts of interest with his business. Tell your senators to get behind him!

Senator Maria Cantwell:
DC - 202-224-3441
Seattle - 206-220-6400

Senator Patty Murray:
DC - 202-224-2621
Seattle - 206-553-5545

“My name is [name], and I’m calling from [city, zip] because Trump’s conflicts of interest are flagrant.  If there is a lawsuit being brought against him for violating the constitution, I want [MoC] to do everything she can to support it.”
