Keep Fighting for Healthcare and Protect our Democracy!

Action 1:  Let Senator Heller Know He'd Better Vote NO!

Healthcare for millions depends on our perseverence.  Mitch McConnell is working hard to whip his GOP senators in line.  We need to make sure that pressure from the people gives key senators the strength and courage to stand against party leadership.  We’ve asked you to call GOP senators before, and we’re asking again.  We know McConnell is not giving up, so we should not take any promised “no” vote for granted.  Today, please call Senator Heller of Nevada.  Contact any friends or family in Nevada and urge them to call as well.

Senator Dean Heller

DC 202-224-6244

Reno 775-686-5770

I know Senator Heller is aware that the current repeal-only healthcare bill would result in a loss of coverage for millions, huge cuts to Medicaid, and that Governor Sandoval strongly opposes the bill.  I hope the senator will join the governor and think of the well-being of his constituents and vote against this inhumane bill.

Action 2: What Will Our Senators Do if Mueller is Fired?

Call both of our senators and ask that they go on the record about their immediate reaction if Trump fires Mueller.

Senator Patty Murray:

DC - 202-224-2621

Seattle - 206-553-5545

Senator Maria Cantwell

DC - 202-224-3441

Seattle - 206-220-6400

My name is [NAME] calling from [CITY, ZIP].  I’m calling to ask what action the senator plans to take if President Trump fires Special Counsel Mueller. I also want to urge the senator to immediately reach across the aisle and discuss this eventuality with patriotic Republicans.

Action #3:  Rally for Medicare for All!

Come and rally over the lunch hour for a workable plan for Health Care Coverage! In support of a national March on DC for a single payer plan based on Medicare, MEDICARE FOR ALL MARCH is being planned across the nation to support the march in DC.
