Fight for workers this Labor Day

This Labor Day, we celebrate the contributions that workers have made in their fights, often bloody, for safe working conditions, the right to organize and collectively bargain, fair pay, and more. These rights have been under assault by the current administration. It's time to fight back and protect our rights.

Action: Stop the rollback of Obama's overtime rule

The Department of Labor (DOL) is taking comments on a potential revision to a rule finalized during the Obama administration that would broaden the class of workers who are eligible for overtime pay. This rule has been held up in the courts and is not currently in effect, but we can stop the Trump administration from rolling it back altogether.
