Vote like our future depends on it (because it does)

According to King 5 News, our ballots for the 2018 midterm general elections should have been mailed out by the WA Secretary of State's office on Wednesday of this week. This means that many of you should expect to see your ballot in the mail as soon as Friday, October 19.

Now, it should go without saying, but 2018 is likely to be the most important midterm election certainly in a generation, and possibly of our lives. It is imperative that every single one of us votes. It is imperative that we take all of the anger, frustration, and sadness that we have felt since the night of November 8, 2016, and use it to bend the arc of the moral universe back towards justice.

If we fail to vote, we will lose.

If we fail to turn our friends out to vote, we will lose.

If we fail to turn our family members out to vote, we will lose.

All of the energy, all of the rallies, all of the marches, all of the phone banking, all of the sleepless nights will have been for naught.

So VOTE like your future depends on it, because it does.
