No Citizenship Question on Census!

The administration wants to ask about citizenship on the 2020 Census. They know that this will result in undercounts of non-citizens residing in the US, and want to suppress these numbers, resulting in less representation in government and less funding for areas where non-citizens live. Let the Commerce Department know this is unacceptable.

Resist Trump Tuesday This Week

Tuesday, July 31 11:45am, 915 Second Ave, Seattle

This Tuesday we will rally with Seattle Workers for Social Justice to hear Latino construction workers expose the abuse and unsafe working conditions they are forced to endure on job sites as development soars in N. Seattle. Mistreating immigrants isn’t just a federal issue. Come learn what’s going on right here in our backyard, and how you can help.

We will rally in front of the Federal Bldg. at the usual 11:45AM-12:30pm time then go inside to meet with Sen. Murray's and Sen. Cantwell's staff from 12:30-1:30PM.

Seattle Indivisible hosts Resist Trump Tuesday every week, and we have been rallying since Trump became president. We have informed speakers, live music and an opportunity every week to talk to your senators' staffers. Please join us--we need your voice!

Weekly Meeting This Tuesday

ALL are invited to join us as neighbors and concerned citizens to fight back against unjust political policies based on exclusion, inequality, hate, lies, and fear.

We oppose the Trump/GOP agenda and we support policies that promote inclusion, fairness, truth, and respect for all.

Our goal is to unite ALL Americans regardless of party affiliation behind principles that transcend party politics. And we are committed to holding ALL elected officials accountable for failing to uphold justice for all.

We are Indivisible.

This meeting venue is wheelchair accessible, and can be reached by King County Metro buses 7, 14, 27, and 106, and the First Hill Streetcar.
