Tell the EPA: no on asbestos!

Did you hear that Trump's EPA has proposed a new rule that will allow for the approval for "new uses" of asbestos? It's true: under Scott Pruitt, the EPA began perverting an Obama era law to make it easier for industries to begin using asbestos in new, novel, toxic ways.

Asbestos is a carcinogen that kills roughly 15,000 Americans every single year, and the EPA wants to increase the number of ways that we'll have to deal with it in the future.

Sample Comment:

I am asking the EPA and Administrator Wheeler to protect the health of Americans by making the common sense decision to not make it possible for industry to use asbestos in new ways within the United States. An estimated 15,000 Americans die every year from asbestos exposure, and this rule change will undoubtedly kill many more.

Please protect the lives of Americans by not making this rule change.
