Stop Kavanaugh, and Canvass With Us!

**Want to join Seattle Indivisible members to knock on doors to flip the House? See our canvassing opportunity below the call to action.

Good news: Senate Democrats gained a minor victory by delaying the committee vote on Judge Kavanaugh until next week. This gives us extra time to fight, but Democrats must speak out loudly about Kavanaugh’s sketchy past and the lies he may have told to the Judiciary committee. So today we continue our call marathon on the Kavanaugh nomination.

Sen. Patty Murray: (202) 224-2621, (206) 553-5545

Sen. Maria Cantwell: (202) 224-3441, (206) 220-6400

Script:

Hi, my name is [NAME], from [CITY]. I am glad the vote on Kavanaugh was delayed until next week, and I’d like to ask the Senator to use that time to continue to speak out against his nomination. Please call attention to allegations that Kavanaugh lied under oath about stolen Democratic emails, and call for further investigation into this matter.
