Pence needs to be investigated, too

News broke late on Wednesday that Vice President Mike Pence was not only almost certainly aware of Trump's illegal scheme involving financial and military aid to Ukraine, but he also traveled to Eastern Europe last month to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky after which Ukraine's $391 million in aid was finally disbursed. Pence refuses to back down on his claims that Donald Trump did nothing wrong, and has doubled down on the disinformation campaign around former Vice President Biden.

Congress needs to widen their investigation into the Trump-Ukraine scandal to understand exactly what Vice President Pence knew, when he knew it, and what his role is in Trump's quid pro quo scheme to undermine the 2020 election.
